We’re proud to be a small, locally operated business, and we’re committed to providing every guest with a relaxing and memorable stay. Because our accommodations are limited and cancellations affect us significantly, we offer two booking options to give guests flexibility and clarity.

$189.99 plus tax
This rate provides the best value for guests with firm travel plans. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes are not permitted, and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

$239.99 plus tax
This rate offers added peace of mind. 50% deposit required to book. You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled check in and receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If cancelled within 72 hours of check in, the full booking is nonrefundable.

A minimum 2-night stay is required.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.
For non-refundable rates, the full cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
For refundable rates, your credit card will be charged in full 3 days prior to check-in.
In the event of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

Check-In: 4:00 PM (your keys will be left inside the trailer). If you arrive earlier, we can provide parking while your trailer is being prepared.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM (please leave your keys inside the trailer upon departure)

Children MUST be supervised at all times by an adult/guardian while staying at our trailers/units.
We allow pets to stay with you on vacation but require dogs to be on a leash when outside. All pets (of all types), must be supervised at all times. If left in the trailer while you are away, they must be crated. Inside and outside of the trailer, you are responsible to clean up after your pets. If extra clean up or repairs for damage is required because of your pet, you will be charged accordingly and expected to pay. -
Our RV Units are set up to accommodate up to four people per trailer. For bookings of MORE than four people, there will be an extra charge of $25 per person + HST per night for a booking, up to 6 people are allowed in some units, and details will be listed per trailer.
All units are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 + HST will be charged to your credit card for noncompliance.
Trailer Awnings are not to be used as strong winds can cause damage to trailer and personal property. If awnings are put out and damage occurs, renter agrees to pay any and all damages, up to $5000.00.

Included in your rental fee is a daily septic service. Once daily the grey & black water tanks on each unit will be emptied. If you require an additional service, there will be an extra charge added to your booking at the time of service.
Please use toilet paper (1-ply only) that is provided and adhere to instructions that are provided in each trailer regarding the trailer septic system.
Trailer water is not for consumption, it is safe for washing and cleaning.

Garbage & Recycling receptacles are on Lumsden Beach Company’s property. All garbage and recycling are to be removed from trailers before check out and placed in the appropriate containers. Dishes and cookware are to be washed, dried and put away. Used towels are to be left in the bathroom. All personal items and all food items are to be taken out of the trailer upon checkout ( i.e. cupboards and fridge). Non-compliance will incur a $75 fee.

Towels & Bedding will be provided in the trailer, there is no switch out of these items on a two-night stay. Fresh towels can be provided on a 3-night or longer stay, fresh bedding will be provided on a 7-night or longer stay.

Campfires and use of fire pits are allowed when there is no fire advisory or fire ban in effect. Campers are always encouraged to follow safe burning practices.
Wood can be purchased upon request or guests can supply their own.

Renters and guests of renters are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to yourself or others. Responsible for all damage to the RV, missing equipment or property belonging to the trailer.
Renter releases the Company from all claims for loss of, or damages to your personal property or that of any other person that stayed in or visited the RV.
Lumsden Beach Company will not be held responsible for any and all liability that may occur while any trailer or RV is being used by the renter. This includes property damage, personal injury, death or any third-party liability claims. (Use of travel trailer, common deck area, fire pits or BBQ is at your own risk) Parking your vehicle on the site is at your own risk.
